BOOKING PROCEDURES AND ENTRANCE/EXIT PROCEDURES

In the event that customers are delayed, booking times for departure should still be observed. Tyddyn Bach Dog Park reserves the right to charge customers who extend their session beyond their paid session. The booking calendar utilises a 24 hour clock.

It is essential that a valid email address if provided to facilitate communication regarding bookings. Should an invalid email address be provided it will not be possible to issue instructions for access.

Customers may only use the parking spaces allocated to the booked facility area.  If the previous customer has not yet vacated the spaces, please wait in the vehicle outside the facility until they leave. Other dogs using the Facilities may be nervous, anxious or otherwise unfriendly towards other dogs.

Customers arriving must remain in the vehicle with their dogs until the previous customer has loaded and secured their dog.

Customers are responsible for checking that the perimeter fence is suitable to retain their dog/s (especially small breeds). Fencing is 6 foot and is inspected regularly, however customers should contact Tyddyn Bach Dog Park prior to booking with any concerns.

Gates must be left as they are found.  For the safety of all, customers agree to notify Tyddyn Bach Dog Park if they notice a gate left open (or closed) that is not usually in that position. Tailgating through gates behind another customer is not permitted.

Customers must leave the facility and load dogs into the vehicle prior to the end of their booking period. 

·        90 mins (85 mins field time 5 mins to exit in time for next customer) 

·        60 mins (55 mins field time 5 mins to exit in time for next customer) 

·        45 mins (40 mins field time 5 mins to exit in time for next customer) 

·        30 mins (25 mins field time 5 mins to exit in time for next customer)

Customers should notify Tyddyn Bach Dog Park if the previous customer delays the commencement of a booking by telephoning 07734567603.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

*ALL dog waste MUST be collected, bagged and placed in bin provided.  Customers who do not remove their dogs waste may be charged and prevented from booking further sessions. 

​

*Dogs must be prevented from digging in the Facility.  Customers agree to accept charges for repairs if holes or damage requiring repair are found at the end of the booking. The Customer shall not excavate or drill pinning holes in the Facility without advance written permission from Tyddyn Bach Dog Park.

*Climbing on gates, fences or posts is not permitted for any reason. Altering the layout of the Facility is not permitted without advance permission from Tyddyn Bach Dog Park.

*The use of any play and agility equipment within the facility area is permitted.  Customers agree to be responsible for the monitoring, care and behaviour of their dog(s) when using the equipment and shall hold Tyddyn Bach Dog Park harmless of any injury caused unless Tyddyn Bach Dog Park can be shown as negligent. 

 

*Any play equipment brought to the facility by the customer must be removed upon departure. Customers should do their best to ensure that dogs are not allowed to climb on tables and chairs.

*A supply of drinking water in available in the facility however customers should also ensure that they have adequate hydration for their dogs with them, in the event there is an interruption to the supply of water.

​

*Customers are not permitted to smoke or vape within the facility.

FIELD SECURITY

*Dogs presenting with reactivity and other behavioural issues are welcome at the Facilities. Should there be complaints about the behaviour of dogs whilst using the premises, Tyddyn Bach Dog Park reserve the right to refuse future bookings.

​

*Tyddyn Bach Dog Park reserve the right to terminate the hire booking with immediate effect if a dog shows unexpected aggression towards staff members whilst their presence is mandatory within the facility area. 

​

*The Secure Field is suitable for a maximum of 5 (five) dogs (unless with prior approval).

​

*The Secure Field is regularly cleaned to maintain appropriate hygiene levels.  All products used are diluted as per the manufacturer’s instructions and are dog safe.  Customers understand that some dogs may be intolerant to the products used, however cleaning is necessary at the Facilities and any issues resulting from such intolerance may not be considered as a complaint.
